Tuesday, June 24, Bryce A. Baker of Lincoln was bound over to Nemaha County District Court on possessing a controlled substance-- fentanyl. It was amended from possessing a controlled substance/exceptionally hazardous drug. Arraignment is scheduled Wednesday, July 9.
