Nominations are being accepted for farmers and ranchers in Local Administrative Area (LAA) 2 to serve on the Nemaha County U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) county committee.
John Hawley is the current LAA 2 representative. It encompasses Bedford, Douglas and Glenrock precincts.
To be considered, a producer must be registered and sign an FSA-669A nomination form. It and other information about the election is available at fsa.usda.gov/elections.
