Nemaha County residents will join Americans nationwide to honor and remember those who bravely fought and died to preserve the freedoms everyone enjoys.
Monday, May 26, American Legion Post 23 will have a 10:30 a.m. program at Legion Memorial Park. Kenny Holmes, commander, will be master of ceremonies.
Members of Bender Reese American Legion Post 330 of Johnson will conduct ceremonies at four cemeteries at the western end of the county. All are invited to attend.
