Johnson-County Central’s Girls Golf Claims Runner-up Title
THE JOHNSON COUNTY CENTRAL GIRLS GOLF squad earned the Runner-Up title in their own Invitational held at the Tecumseh Country Club on Thursday, September 18. The team is made up of, from the left: Front Row - Assistant Coach Linsey Meints, Abigail Blomstedt, Harley Reyes, Marison Mandl, Amelia Britt, and Head Coach Ben Swanson; Back Row - Harley Hartman, Bri Robeson, and Catherine Wendt.

The rain came about mid-morning on Thursday, September 18 but it didn’t stop the 10 teams of girls golfers competing in Johnson County Central’s Invitational at the Tecumseh Country Club.

Exeter-Milligan-Friend won the meet with 382 points. Johnson County Central took second place with a 406.

Johnson County Central’s Catherine Wendt medaled in fifth place with a 99. Harley Reyes followed in sixth place with a score of 102. Johnson County Central’s Marisol Mandl came in 12th with a 108.
