The Eagles of Johnson Brock hosted the Irish of Falls City Sacred Heart in a top 10 match up on Friday, September 24 at Eagle Field in Johnson. The Irish entered the contest with a 3-1 record and a #4 rating in the Lincoln daily paper, compared to Johnson-Brock’s 3-1 record with a #6 rating in the Lincoln daily paper. Both teams suffered their only loss to Lourdes Central Catholic, while they also both have a win over #7 rated Bruning-Davenport/Shickley.
The Auburn Bulldogs concluded September play with a 50-7 triumph at Lincoln Christian Friday night, Sept. 25. The Bulldogs are 1-0 in the district and 4-1 overall.
Friday night, Sept. 17, the Johnson-Brock (JB) Eagles won 54-26 at Doniphan County, Kan. (DW).
