Six of the top eight finishers in the girls 5k race at Auburn Country Club were members of the Auburn cross country team. Liston Crotty would win the girls event, finishing with a first place time of 20:58. oo followed by Kristen Billings who placed second with a time of 21:29.25. Lillian Becker, Aleah Thomas, Tayla Jones, and Alivia Thomas made for the remaining top ten Auburn finishers as the Bulldog girls placed first in their first meet of the year on Friday, August 25.

The Auburn Post 23 Legion baseball teams held their awards dinner at El Portal in Auburn on Tuesday, August 8. The teams and players were celebrated at the dinner and awards were handed out. Levi Boellstorff received the Ross Rohrs Hustle Award. Caleb Fossenbarger and Jaxen Winder were recipients of the Kade Reiman Teammate Award. The Auburn Airstream Juniors finished the season 199-1 and earned a top seeding in their area tournament. The First National Bank of Johnson Seniors finished 15-14 and placed second in the area B1 tournament.
