Auburn Bulldog basketball student-athletes have been selected to All-Conference teams of the East Central Nebraska Conference.
TO THE CHAMPIONS, GOES THE PRIZE. The 2019-2020 Bulldog Basketball Team had plenty to celebrate this season and capped a perfect year with a Class C-1 State Basketball Title and a 29-0 final record. (photo on right) Everyone got a chance to hold or get close to the State Championship Trophy which will be added to the trophy case at Auburn High School.
The Auburn Bulldogs are the second seed as they start defense of their Class C-1 state boys’ basketball title.
A familiar foe was all that stood in the way for the Johnson-Brock Boys Basketball Team to travel to Lincoln for the 2020 State High School Championships. The 17-8 Eagles met 9-10 Mead twice in the past week before drawing the Raiders in the D2-7 District finals. The third meeting in 11 days turned out great if you are an Eagles fan as Johnson-Brock edged the Raiders 31-30 on Monday night.
