Binder Surpasses 1,200 Rushing Yards for Bulldogs; 2023 Season Recap, Stat Leaders

The Bulldogs finished the 2023 football season with a 8-3 record and .727 winning percentage despite being outscored by their opponents 285-250 for an average score of 26-23 in favor of Auburn’s opponents. Most of this lopsided statistic can be attributed to Auburn’s three losses against the top three rated teams in the state at the time of their elimination. The Bulldogs lost to #1 Wahoo, #2 Boone Central, and #3 Ashland-Greenwood by a combined score of 143-13. Against their other eight opponents, all of which the Bulldogs defeated, Auburn outscored their opponents by a total of 237-142.
