Bulldog Girls Ride Four Individual First Places to Win Auburn Invitational

Four Bulldog girls wrestlers won their weight divisions in the Auburn Invitational on Saturday, December 16. Aleah Thomas, Penelope Campbell, Lucia Campbell, and Gretchen Paschal each claimed their respective divisions to lead Auburn to a first place finish over Lincoln North Star, Omaha Northwest, Lincoln Northwest and Conestoga.

Eagle Boys Hold Opponents to Low Scoring Totals

Johnson-Brock improved to 5-0 this season after two wins over Diller-Odell and Tri County. The Eagles were victorious in their first real test of the year, responding from a four point deficit after the first quarter to defeat the Trojans on Friday, December 15. On Tuesday, December 12, Johnson-Brock allowed only one double-digit quarter to best Diller-Odell to start the week.

Auburn Boys Finish Fifth in Front of Home Crowd at Auburn Invitational; Fall Short in Dual Against Tri County

The Bulldog boys wrestling team was in action at home on Saturday, December 16 at the Auburn Invitational, where they placed fifth out of 11 teams. Owen Rowell was victorious in the 285 pound division, to lead the Bulldogs. Also placing in the top three at Auburn was Crew Gulizia in second place and Logan rowell and Ryan Hayes in third.

Nine Bulldogs Girls Add to 65-29 Ralston Rout; Auburn Unable to Close out Freeman in Overtime Loss on Friday

The Auburn girls basketball team moved to 2-4 on the season following one win and one loss last week. On Thursday, December 14 10 Bulldogs added to Auburn’s scoring total, resulting in Auburn’s largest win of the season. The next day, the Bulldogs were on the brink of their second straight victory, but were unable to withstand a late Falcon run, dropping the game on the road.
