Orcutt and Calvillo Earn CoSIDA Academic All- District Football Honors

The 2017 College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District® Football Team recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Two of the football honorees were members of the Peru State football team. Senior Gunnar Orcutt (Omaha) and junior Ismael Calvillo (Tucson, Ariz.) were among the 28 named to the District 3 team. The states included in District 3 include Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
