Magnolia Metal Juniors 2-2 at Southeast Nebraska Conf. Baseball Tournament

The Magnolia Metal Juniors American Legion baseball team placed seventh in last week’s Southeast Nebraska Baseball Conference tournament. All games were played at Tecumseh.
Tuesday, June 25, Magnolia Metal Juniors, eighth seed downed 10th seed Falls City 7-4 before losing 0-9 to Syracuse, second seed in 5 innings. Thursday, June 27, the Auburn Juniors lost 1-9 to third seed Nebraska City, also in 5 innings. Saturday morning, June 29 Magnolia Metal Juniors blanked top seed Springfield 3-0.
Entering the final week of the regular season, the Juniors are 6-9 on the season.
