Kendyl Rizea Beginning Second Year as Bobcat Women’s Basketball Grad Asst.

For the past 14 months, the Peru State women’s basketball team has had the experience and expertise of Kendyl Rizea as a graduate assistant for the program.

The Canadian native came to Peru State from a Heart of America Athletic Conference (Heart) foe – Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa. Rizea graduated from Graceland in 2012 with a degree in physical education and coaching. She is currently working on her master’s in sports management from Wayne State. In addition to serving as a graduate assistant for the women’s basketball program, Rizea is the Morgan Hall director.
