First National Bank Seniors Were 2-1 in Area Tournament Prior to July 23 Action

The First National Bank Senior American Legion baseball team is 14-11 after winning two of three area tournament games.
Friday afternoon, July 19, Hayden Hall slugged a fifth inning grand slam in an 8-2 romp over Plattsmouth. Saturday night, July 20 the Seniors lost 2-7 to host Nebraska City. Monday afternoon, July 22, First National Bank Seniors crushed Falls City 7-1. The area tournament was postponed from Sunday, July 21 because of rain.
Late Tuesday afternoon, July 23 Auburn played Hickman. Beatrice and Nebraska City also remain in the area tournament.
