Eagles Lose Season Opener to Knights 42-74

The Johnson-Brock Eagles began the 2019 football season losing 42-74 at home to Elmwood-Murdock Friday night, Aug.

30. The defeat ended the Eagles’ 13-game winning streak. Scoring 2 touchdowns each were senior Ty Hahn and sophomore Caleb Fossenbarger. Senior Connor Smith and freshman Nic Parriott reached the end zone once apiece. Junior Aiden Ottemann, and Parriott and Smith each had a receiving conversion following touchdowns.
