Bulldogs Lose 7-55 at Syracuse in District Finale; Will Host Fort Calhoun on Oct. 21st

The Auburn Bulldog football team completed district play with a 7-55 loss at Syracuse Friday night, Oct. 14. The Bulldogs finished 2-2 in the district and are 3-5 overall. Syracuse raised its district record to 3-0 while evening its overall mark at 4-4. Syracuse plays at Falls City Friday night, Oct. 21. The winner takes the Class C-1 District 2 championship. The Bulldogs finish the regular season Oct. 21 at home vs. 4-4 Fort Calhoun. The Pioneers have defeated Conestoga 34-7; Louisville 18-17; Omaha Concordia 16-14 and Douglas County West 39-33. Fort Calhoun has lost to Columbus Lakeview 7-19; West Point-Beemer 13-20; Boys Town 20-39 and Arlington 7-34.
