Bulldog Wrestlers Look to Be Noticed in Class B This Season

The Auburn High School Bulldogs start the 2016-2017 campaign with 19 student/athletes on the squad. The wrestlers move back into Class B this season after a two year hiatus in Class C.

Coach Mark Oliver said, “We will do well in Class B as we kept our schedule the same and it featured a slate that was heavy on Class B and Class A teams.

“Our district wrestling meet will be at Bennington and will include two top returning teams in host Bennington and Gretna, who finished third last year at state. We feel confident that this year’s squad has the potential to improve on most statistics from last season. We return all but two varsity wrestlers from last year.
