Merlan C. Grable, 84, died Friday, March 12, 2021, at Wichita, Kan. He was born July 2, 1936 at Table Rock. Grable worked in the grocery store business until retiring in his early 60s.
Surviving are four children: Debra Casey of Omaha, Doris Staack of Avoca, John of Hesperia, Calif. and Donald of New Zealand; stepdaughter Sherry Williams of Wichita, Kan.; and other family and friends.
A celebration of life took place Saturday afternoon, July 10 at the Avoca Town Hall.
