JUDITH ELAINE (BALLUE) HAYNES

Judith “Judy” Haynes, 76, of Lincoln, passed away June 18, 2019. She was born May 21, 1943 to George and Lois (Vice) Ballue in Auburn, Nebraska. She was a graduate of Nemaha High School. She was united in marriage to Howard Haynes on July 30, 1962 in Nemaha. She retired from the National Student Loan Program in 2002. She was a member of Southview Christian Church. She enjoyed poetry, crafting, gospel music, reading and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Howard “Howdy” Haynes; son Deven (Erin) Haynes; daughters, Dayna Haynes (Angie Mason); Laurie (Loren) Schauer; brother; Robert (Helen) Ballue; sister, Roberta (Jim) Smith; grandchildren, Nicole Schauer; Jaryd (Caterina) Cabieles; Desirae (Jason) Lockwood; BriAnna (Cameron) Olson; Brooke (Ted) Duran; Peyton (Zach) Stammer; Kili (Nate) Miles and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Sally Hannaford; brother in law Duane Hannaford and great-grandson Cayden Olson.

Celebration of Life Service was Monday, June 24, 2019 at at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. Inurnment followed at Lincoln Memorial Park. Memorials may be given in care of the family for future designation. Online condolences may be shared at www.lincolnfh.com
