Unserviceable U.S. Flags Retired in Ceremony

FOLLOWING THE Veterans Day concert at the Auburn Public Schools Central Office, U.S. flags which were damaged beyond repair were given a dignified retirement. Leading the rite were members of American Legion Post 23 and Boy Scout Troop 321. Al Armstrong is Post 23 commander. Leading Troop 321 is Doug Billesbach. Those in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The day brought unseasonably warm weather.
