White said the splash pad, playground equipment, shelter house and restrooms at the recreation complex will remain closed at this time. This also applies to the restrooms, shelter house and playground equipment at Legion Memorial Park and any other playgrounds and restrooms under the city’s supervision. Any changes will be announced when determined.
