A couple of petitions were filed Wednesday, Aug. 11, in Nemaha County District Court. All parties are from Auburn unless otherwise indicated.
Tuesday, Aug. 10, two individuals were bound over to Nemaha County District Court. Arraignment of each is scheduled Wednesday, Sept. 8.
During the August 9 regular meeting, Auburn City Council heard concerns about tractor-trailer traffic and its impacts to downtown businesses and historic structures.
The Nemaha County Herald lists Nemaha County Court traffic violations and criminal activity. Unless otherwise indicated all parties were ordered to pay $48 in court costs in addition to the fines listed below.
