U.S. Highway 136 East of Brownville Reopened Oct. 17 After Seven Months

Thursday, Oct. 17, Highway 136 from Interstate 29 to the Missouri River reopened to motorists. That includes the Brownville Bridge and the bridge at Phelps City.
