Filing of Felony Charges Possible In Motor Vehicle Crash North of Auburn Which Claimed One Life

Approximately 8:15 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3, a motor vehicle crash was reported about two miles north of Auburn on U.S. Highway 75.

A Dodge Durango driven by Monty R. Eaton, 51, of rural Brock, was northbound on Highway 75, followed by a second uninvolved vehicle and a Mazda Tribute driven by Heather Spurlin, 25, of Pawnee City.
