Community members, neighbors and friends assisted with the choices, Greiner said. “Every year the (Chamber) board of directors get together to tour the lights and judge the nominations. They have so much fun that this year they decided the community deserved the chance to come along and join in. That’s how The Chamber Express came about,” she explains.
