Climatological Winter Warmer and Drier Than Normal in the Region with Less Snow Noted

For the climatological winter the region averaged 2.8 degrees above normal. There were 22 days with maximums at or below freezing, normal is 30. There were five days at or below freezing, five less than normal. The coldest reading of the winter was -2 degrees on February 13th.
