‘Snow Family’ East of Auburn Middle/High School

WHILE THE recent snowfalls have been a mess for road and street crews and motorists, they allow an opportunity for creativity. A “snow family” graces the front yard at 1616 14th St. in Auburn. The creations may be around longer than usual, with frigid temperatures predicted into the week of Feb. 8. The weekend of Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 6 and 7 brought a couple of snowfalls causing a late start for Auburn Public Schools Monday, Feb. 8. Nemaha County Herald photo by David Swanson
