CRANE WORK on the addition to the Auburn State Bank facility wrapped up last Friday afternoon.

On Monday, Oct. 2, members of two organizations joined together in improving the appearance of three Auburn locations.


The Johnson-Brock Eagles got back on the winning track Friday night, Oct. 6 at DeWitt. The Eagles won 34-10 over Tri County.

In their East Central Nebraska Conference tournament opener Monday, Oct. 9, the Auburn Bulldogs defeated the Palmyra Panthers in four sets. Scores were: 27-25, 25-22, 23-25 and 25-21.

Catherine “Cathy” Ann Parson, of Auburn, Nebraska, passed away on September 25, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Society in Syracuse, Neb., at the age of 69 after a fierce battle with cancer.
