New Bulldog Boys’ Coach Jim Weeks Has Returning Talent

Jim Weeks, new Auburn Bulldogs boys’ basketball coach, will have four letter winners along with many key contributors from last year’s team which compiled an 8-15 record.

Returning letter winners are Baily Darnell, Skyler Hopper, Taten Minton and Sam Neiman.

Coach’s Comments on Individual Players

The coach commented on those who will be the top players in 2016-2017.

Hopper, 6’1” senior guard, four-year starter and two-year All-State honorable mention player. “Skyler is a very versatile player who can shoot from many different areas. He is an excellent finisher and has the ability to play both post and guard positions. Skyler is a very influential player on this team and his leadership will play a major role for AHS.”
