Shopko Foundation Community Charitable Grants to Two Auburn Area Christmas Season Events

The sheriff’s department received $1,000 for a new activity planned the first weekend of December. Shop With a Cop provides a day for children with law enforcement officers. It will include such Christmas-oriented activities as shopping and lunch. The activity has occurred among law enforcement departments in other cities.
