NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a request therefore, heretofore, made, the Legislative Body (City Council) of the City of Auburn, Nemaha County, Nebraska, will consider the amendment, supplement, change, modification, and-or repeal of the zoning regulations, restrictions and boundaries of the City of Auburn, Nemaha County, Nebraska, with respect to a request for change of  zoning from C-R Commercial Residential to M – Industrial for property described as follows, to wit:  Lot 11 & 12, Block 29, Sheridan Addition.

County Board of Commissioners of the County of Nemaha, State of Nebraska met on July 6, 2011, Southeast District Health Department Conference Room, Auburn NE for an emergency meeting.  Notice of meeting posted at the Nemaha County Courthouse, Carson National Bank of Auburn and Auburn State Bank. The agenda for the meeting was kept continually current and available for public inspection at the office of Nemaha County Clerk during normal business hours and also on the Nemaha County website.  
Chairman Hutton called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Present for the meeting:  Commissioner District 1 Bob Hutton, Commissioner District 2 Dennis Wittmann, Commissioner District 3 Marvin Bohling and County Clerk Joyce Oakley.
