INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Board of Public Works, Auburn, Nebraska will receive bids until 1:30 P. M., local time, July 8, 2011 at the Board of Public Works Offices, Auburn, Nebraska at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and all bid prices read aloud for furnishing one 2011 4X4 ½ Ton Pickup Truck.
No bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for bid opening. Only firm (non-escalating) bids will be allowed.

Proposals will be received by the office of the County Clerk of Nemaha County, Nebraska until July 12, 2011 for providing professional services for the Preliminary Engineering and NEPA document preparation for a bridge replacement. Proposals received after the specified time will be returned unopened to sender. Proposals must be based on the County of Nemaha, NE Request for Proposals. Contact Joyce Oakley, Nemaha County Clerk 402-274-4213 for proposal packet and further information.
The chosen consultant will be required to comply with the County of Nemaha, Nebraska insurance requirements.
Proposals will be evaluated based upon professional qualifications, technical competence for this type of work, past performance, ability to complete work in the required time, and familiarity with Nemaha county infrastructure and this project.
Proposals shall remain firm for a period of 60 days after the proposal due date. The county of Nemaha, Nebraska reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals and to waive technicalities in order to accept proposals that may be in the best interest of the county of Nemaha, Nebraska, at its sole discretion.
