On Saturday, August 7, all area athletes in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in athletics can take their athletic physical at the Auburn Family Health Center.

Boys can go to the clinic from 8-10am and Girls from 10am-Noon.
Appointments are not needed. Students do need to bring $20 and a urine specimen. This year’s form requires completion of a personal health history and parental/guardian signature prior to the athletic physical being performed.
