NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Chair and Members of the Planning Commission of the City of Auburn, Nebraska, that a public hearing will be held on January 25, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Auburn City Hall, 1101 J Street, MERGEFIELD “City” Auburn, Nebraska. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public comment prior to considering a substantial modification to the redevelopment plan for Redevelopment Area #1, Redevelopment Project #4 (the “Northwest Sewer Project Area”), including approving certain additional redevelopment projects and adding certain real property to Redevelopment Area #1, Redevelopment Project #4 (respectively, the “Original Downtown Project Area” and the “New Southeast Property Project Area”).
All interested parties shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to express their views at the public hearing regarding the proposed plan and projects.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a request therefore, heretofore, made, the Legislative Body (City Council) of the City of Auburn, Nemaha County, Nebraska, will consider the amendment, supplement, change, modification, and-or repeal of the zoning regulations, restrictions and boundaries of the City of Auburn, Nemaha County, Nebraska, including the adoption of the Updated Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Regulations, Zoning Map and Subdivision Regulations, and the adoption of Ordinance No. 2-11 that makes the various changes and corrections to the zoning ordinances and subdivision regulations.
