The special meeting of the Johnson-Brock Board of Education, District #N-23, was convened in the Distance Learning Room at 7:00 p.m. by President Darren Oestmann.  Roll call: D. Bohling, here; K. Bohling, here;  Caspers, absent; Grotrian, here; Neddenriep, here; Oestmann, here.  Advance notice of the meeting was legally posted.
Moved by Keith Bohling to accept the agenda as presented.  Seconded by David Bohling.  Roll call vote:  All ayes.  Motion carried.
Discussion was held among the various individuals regarding the football field options.  Artificial turf is being explored as a potential option.  
Moved by Arlen Grotrian to adjourn the Special Board of Education meeting at 7:36 p.m.  Seconded by Lonnie Neddenriep.  Roll call vote: All ayes. Motion carried.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Johnson-Brock Public Schools Board of Education will be held May 14, 2012 at 8:00 p.m.
